Working draft, September 28, 2026. Public intro to the facilitator application. No mention of Weavers or Stewards.
Become a Facilitator
We are building the modern village and need leaders to help weave this new way of being in community together. Psychedelic journey work creates space for something radically new to exist, both in ourselves, and, we believe, in the world. If you feel a pull to join Cultivate's healers, practitioners, and facilitators, serving our local folks in a deep way, we would love to co-create with you.
Cultivate connects people seeking support after a psychedelic experience with practitioners they can meet in person here in Santa Fe. If you offer psychedelic preparation and integration, somatic work, or other healing practices that support the long arc of healing, we'd welcome your application. We are very open to creative modalities.
At Cultivate, "facilitator" is a broad word. It includes anyone who guides others in their healing, one-on-one or in groups: psychedelic guides and integration practitioners, somatic practitioners, artists, and elders who share wisdom, storytelling, and teaching. Everyone has a unique signature offering, yet the common thread is our personal experience of the psychedelic terrain. Once accepted, facilitators are listed in our practitioner directory.
What Cultivate offers you
- A listing in our practitioner directory, with your photo, a bio in your own words, and a link to your website, where clients book with you directly
- The ability to post your circles, workshops, and events on the Cultivate calendar
- Help getting the word out about your work
- Opportunities to lead Cultivate's own gatherings, including our weekly integration circles, where you can meet and build connections with people who may want to work with you
- Colleagues who share your commitment to in-person, relational healing
What we ask of you
- An active Cultivate membership, at the same $22 a month every member pays. For our founding facilitators, the first four months of membership are waived while you help us fine-tune how Cultivate works best for you and for our client-members.
- Reduced rates for active members on everything you offer through Cultivate, at an amount you choose
- [Placeholder: a commitment to leading some of Cultivate's gatherings. What makes sense is still to be decided; Gina will interview a handful of facilitators first.]
- Your own personal experience of psychedelic healing and integration
- Practicing within your own scope of practice, with any training, certification, or licensing your work requires
- Taking responsibility for the events you run yourself, which appear on our calendar as "offered independently"
The application
The application asks about your training, how you practice, and your own experience with psychedelic healing, and it includes a few agreements. Anything you share in writing stays confidential between you and the people who review your application and interview you. If you'd prefer to simply note that you have significant experience with psychedelics and save the details for your conversation with Gina, we support and respect that. We'll also invite you to describe, in your own words, how you see your work contributing to the modern village we're visioning. Our team of guides reviews every application, and you can expect to hear back within a week. After we review your application, you'll receive an invitation to schedule a conversation with Gina.
